Welcome to the official website of the 316 Club
The club is based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and is formed of retired employees of MBDA UK and its predecessor companies. Its aim is to provide access to the companionship of others that have a shared past and to continue the strong friendships made at work over many years by meeting regularly for lunches, dinners and other social events.
The club was formed in 1990 and presently has 130 members.
If you liked working at MBDA UK or any of its predecessor companies, then we think you will probably enjoy being a member of the 316 Club – You do not need to live close to Stevenage, or in fact in the UK, to benefit from being a member. You might find value in just keeping abreast of what’s happening to your old colleagues via our bi-monthly Newsletter, or making that occasional trip to meet-up with old friends at one of our organised events, such as a theatre trip or our annual Christmas Dinner. As you will see from viewing the pages of our website, we have an active membership, participating in many different activities.
Like to Join?
The only criteria for membership is that you have spent time working at the MBDA UK sites in Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire and are willing to pay a modest annual fee of just £12 towards the running of the club .
